That is correct. Nao has always been part of the Lladró Group.

2. Do the same persons produce both brands?

No. The artisan manufacture of both lines has always been separated. The fact that NAO belongs to the Lladró Group guarantees that the quality in craftsmanship and in the techniques used are in line with the extremely rigorous standards of the Group.

3. Is true the story about the apprentices of Lladró being trained at NAO?

No. The mastery and quality of the NAO artisans come from their experience in the brand, which in many cases is a matter of long years.

8. What countries do we deliver to?

The NAO online shop accepts orders with delivery addresses in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA. At this time, NAO online Shop does not ship to addresses in: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Isl., Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
Due to our home delivery service, we cannot accept orders to be shipped to a PO box, APO or FPO address.
If you wish to make purchases for other countries, our Customer Service Department will help you locate a NAO Authorized Retailer who will be delighted to assist you. You can also locate your nearest NAO Authorized Retailer at the naoporcelain.com “Where to buy” section.

9. What guarantees do I have when buying at the NAO online Shop?

The items purchased in NAO Shop are guaranteed by the NAO brand. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving it to send us notification in writing to e-shop@es.naoporcelain.com (purchases from Europe) or e-shop@us.naoporcelain.com (purchases from USA). Our customer service department will inform you how to return the product. Return expenses will be paid by the buyer, and the product must be received in perfect condition and in its original packaging. When we receive the product, your credit card will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days (shipping and handling charges are not refundable).
In all cases, the return of defective products or of those damaged during transport will be accepted, and we will accept the return expenses provided that Lladró is notified of the damage in the period of seven days after the delivery is received. To formalize your return, please send us an e-mail, and our customer service department will tell you how to return the product.

10. What methods of payment can I use?

Our shop accepts credit cards and Paypal. Visa, American Express, 4B, Mastercard, Maestro 4B and Paypal are also accepted for purchases made from Europe. For purchases that are made from the USA, payment should be by Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Echeck and Paypal.
For greater safety, the card details you introduce will be entered through a secure connection.

11. How do I know that my order has been correctly received?

Apart from the on-screen confirmation on our website at the end of your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have correctly received your order. The e-mail will include an order number which will help you to locate and check the progress of your purchase.
You can also check the “My account” section at any time, where you will see all the orders you have placed, and their current status.

12. When will I receive my order?

The average delivery time for Europe is seven days door-to-door by courier. Once the order is ready and has been sent, you will receive an e-mail informing you that it has been dispatched.

Of course. The NAO online Shop offers you the possibility to send your purchases to the address you give us, provided it is inside the countries we deliver to. Besides, you can also have your purchases gift-wrapped.

14. What are the prices and shipping & handling Charges?

The price of our products and delivery charges, where applicable, will be stipulated when placing your order, before you confirm the order, and will correspond to the country you have selected for the destination of the purchase. In the event that you change the country of destination, the corresponding prices will be shown.

The price of the products and delivery charges may be modified without prior notice. However, you will be charged the price listed when you placed your order.
