Rules of competition
1. HOW TO ENTER.To enter this draw all you have to do is make an online purchase at our NAO online boutique (www.naoporcelain.com) during July and August 2009. Each purchase is equivalent to entering the draw once. Therefore, those who make more than one purchase will be entitled to participate as many times as the purchases registered during said period.
2. THE PRIZE.
The NAO brand will give away 3 purchases free of charge among all those registered during July and August 2009 at the NAO online boutique. The winner will receive a gift voucher for an amount equivalent to the pieces acquired in the winning purchase.
The gift voucher can only be used at the NAO online boutique and to use it winners should contact Lladró Comercial, S.A. by e-mail or telephone number provided when you are informed that you are the winner.
The amount of the gift voucher must be spent in one single purchase, which may however comprise more than one piece. In the event of an unspent credit balance, this cannot be maintained for the next purchase. The winner may include another piece in his/her order, and in case the purchased piece goes beyond the value of the gift voucher the excess amount shall be paid by the winner.
Shipping costs of the piece/s purchased with the gift voucher shall be paid by the winner. Said costs may be covered with part of the gift voucher.
The delivery address of the piece/s acquired with the gift voucher shall be within the same country where the acquired winning pieces were sent. For instance, if the destination address of the winning purchase was Ireland, when using the gift voucher, the destination address of the piece/s you buy should be also within Ireland.
3. COMMUNICATION TO WINNERS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE.
Lladró Comercial, S.A, will contact the winners separately by-email, including the following details:
- Data corresponding to the winning purchase (pieces acquired in said purchase and amount of purchase)
- Amount of the gift voucher equivalent to the purchases acquired in the winning purchase and to be spent in your next purchase in the online boutique before December 31st 2009. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for their equivalent amount in cash under any circumstance.
- Alphanumeric code to be kept and provided by the winner when using said gift voucher.
- Contact details of Lladró Comercial,S.A. to be used by the winner when using the gift voucher.
4. PARTICIPANTS.Participation in the draw implies the acceptance of the conditions of the draw. Only participants over 18 years old are allowed to enter.
Employees of Lladró Comercial, S.A., and their direct relatives cannot participate in the draw. Parents, children and husbands or wives are considered as direct relatives.
5. SCHEDULE.
The draw will take place on September 1st among all the purchases registered at the NAO online boutique during July and August 2009.
6. PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13th, on Personal Data Protection Law, and Act 34/2002, dated July 11th, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, you are informed that the personal details indicated at the moment of making a purchase will be included in a database belonging to LLADRÓ COMERCIAL, S.A., a Spanish society with social address at Carretera de Alboraya, s/n, Polígono Lladró, 46016 Valencia (Spain),
with the sole purpose of making the draw and informing by e-mail the winners of the draw about their prize.
The authorization herein contained may be withdrawn at any time. You can also exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel or contest your personal details, and in order to do so you shall send a written notice to LLADRÓ COMERCIAL, S.A., and more specifically to the Data Security Manager to the address above mentioned or to the e-mail address: e-shop@es.naoporcelain.com.
Likewise, you are informed that after the draw your personal details provided by you shall not be included in any database belonging to Lladró Comercial, S.A., and this data contained in any document or media shall be destroyed.
